EFFECTIVE FROM LAUNCH · THE OPERATING ENTITY IS NAMED ON YOUR INVOICE

1. The service. AEOHIT measures how AI answer engines describe your brand, scores that visibility, and generates optimization artifacts (such as llms.txt files, structured data and content suggestions). You remain responsible for what you publish on your own properties.

2. No ranking guarantees. AI engines are operated by third parties and change constantly. We do not and cannot guarantee any placement, citation, ranking or business outcome. We promise honest measurement and useful artifacts — nothing more, and nothing less.

3. Accounts. Sign-in is by email code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. Seats are for your team or, on Agency plans, your client work.

4. Billing. Trials cost ₹99/$2 for 7 days and convert automatically to the plan you selected — the full price and date are shown at checkout and in your payment authorization. Cancel any time from Billing in one tap: paid periods run to their end, and no further charges occur. India pricing is GST-inclusive with tax broken out on invoices.

5. Refunds. Your first monthly charge carries a 7-day money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy.

6. Fair use. Plan quotas (brands, questions, scans, pages, briefs) are enforced automatically. Abuse of free tools (automated scanning, resale of grader results) may be blocked.

7. Your data. Scan results for your brands belong to you; export is available in Settings. Aggregated, non-identifying answer data may be reused to operate the shared measurement pool that keeps prices low.

8. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination. You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment, or unlawful use, with data export honored for 30 days except in cases of fraud.

10. Governing law. Indian law governs subscriptions billed in INR; for international subscriptions, the law of the operating entity's jurisdiction applies. Disputes go first to good-faith resolution at the support address on your invoice.
