1. The service
AEOHIT measures how AI answer engines describe your brand, scores that visibility, and writes optimisation artefacts such as llms.txt files, structured data and content suggestions. You remain responsible for what you publish on your own properties.
2. No ranking guarantees
AI engines are operated by third parties and change constantly. We do not and cannot guarantee any placement, citation, ranking or business outcome. We promise honest measurement and useful artefacts: nothing more, and nothing less.
3. Accounts
Sign-in is by a one-time email code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. Seats are for your team or, on the Agency plan, your client work.
4. Billing and trials
Pro, Growth and Agency start with a free 7-day trial. A card is required to start it; your plan price is charged on day 8 unless you cancel before then, in which case you pay nothing. Autopilot Managed and the Fix Pack have no trial. The full price and charge date are shown at checkout and in your payment authorisation. Cancel any time from Billing: paid periods run to their end and no further charges occur. India pricing includes GST, broken out on invoices.

6. Founding price
If a founding offer is shown when you subscribe, the first 100 paying customers keep their plan price for 24 months from their first charge, for as long as the subscription stays active. Cancelling ends the locked price. Price changes to other plans do not affect it.
7. Fair use
Plan quotas (brands, questions, scans, pages, briefs) are enforced automatically. Abuse of free tools, such as automated scanning or reselling grader results, may be blocked.
8. Your data
Scan results for your brands belong to you; you can export them from Settings. Aggregated, non-identifying answer data may be reused to run the shared measurement pool that keeps prices low.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment or unlawful use, with data export honoured for 30 days except in cases of fraud.
11. Governing law
Indian law governs subscriptions billed in INR; for international subscriptions, the law of the operating entity’s jurisdiction applies. Disputes go first to good-faith resolution at the support address on your invoice.
