The 7-day trial is free, needs a card (in India: a card or UPI AutoPay mandate) and is one per workspace. During the trial you get the Pro plan's limits; your plan's full limits start with the first payment.
In the app, open Billing and choose Cancel plan, then confirm: two taps, no call, no email. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and cancelling during the trial means you are never charged.
Yes. If a monthly plan is not for you, tell us within 7 days of your first monthly charge and we refund that charge in full. Annual plans and later renewals are covered by our refund policy.
Annual costs ten months' price for twelve months. In US dollars it renews once a year by card. In rupees it is a one-time payment for the year — nothing is auto-debited — and we email you before it ends so you can renew.
Indian auto-debit rules (RBI) limit automatic monthly debits for a service like ours to ₹14,999. Anything above that — Managed, Agency with extra client brands, and every annual plan — is paid as a one-time UPI or card payment for each period, with a reminder before it is due. Nothing above ₹14,999 is ever debited automatically.
No. Managed is done-for-you work — daily scans, fixes and articles written for you from day one — so it starts when you pay. It is billed monthly per brand, and you can cancel any time; it runs to the end of the paid month.
Yes. Rupee prices include 18% GST, and every rupee payment gets a numbered GST invoice showing CGST + SGST (when you are in Punjab, like us) or IGST (any other state). Add your GSTIN and state in Settings to have them on your invoices.
Rupees in India, US dollars everywhere else — you can switch above before you pay. Rupee payments go through Cashfree, dollar payments through Stripe. After your first payment your workspace keeps that currency. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear at checkout on devices that support them.
